Frederik Oliver Busch is a Partner and Co-Founder of ETNA, a private equity firm investing across Europe in companies operating within defence, cybersecurity, and the protection of critical infrastructure. ETNA's mission is to strengthen European resilience by supporting portfolio companies through a dedicated value creation team and a strategic investor base from NATO and aligned nations. Prior to co-founding ETNA, Frederik spent twelve years in private equity, investing in and supporting the growth of Nordic companies across various industries. He holds an MSc in Finance from Bocconi University and a BSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen
