Helena Hausen is Director of Capital Formation & Sustainability at Beyond Capital Partners, a Frankfurt-based private equity firm focused on the DACH lower mid-market. She oversees the firm's capital formation activities, including investor relations, fundraising, and the development of strategic Limited Partner relationships across existing and future funds. Working closely with the leadership team, she also drives the integration of sustainability into the firm's value creation strategy and LP engagement.

Previously, Helena served as Senior Investment Manager & Head of ESG at Beyond Capital Partners, where she worked across the full investment lifecycle, supported fundraising and investor positioning, and embedded sustainability into investment decision-making and portfolio value creation. She views sustainability as a driver of resilience, operational excellence, and long-term value creation rather than a standalone objective.

Helena brings more than 16 years of experience in private equity, transactions, and operational value creation. Before joining Beyond Capital Partners, she spent 13 years at EY advising private equity sponsors and corporate clients on transactions, carve-outs, integrations, and working capital optimization.

She is passionate about connecting investors with private equity opportunities driven by long-term structural growth trends and sustainable value creation. Helena is also a committed advocate for diversity and inclusion in the investment industry and actively supports the Level 20 network.
