With more than 37 years of experience in international banking and asset management, Manuela brings a strong track record in global distribution, capital raising and market development across traditional and alternative investments. Throughout her career, she has built long standing relationships across investor types, markets and distribution channels, including allocators, private banks, family offices, consultants and placement agents worldwide.

Today, she leads fundraising and investor relations at private debt specialist ALIGN, bringing institutional capital to the business behind the magic of film and television and positioning Film and TV finance as a compelling private credit opportunity.

Alongside her executive career, Manuela is a co-founder of Fondsfrauen, a leading career network for women in finance across DACH and Luxembourg. Over the past eleven years, she has helped build Fondsfrauen into an established industry platform advancing visibility, professional development and connectivity for women across the financial sector.

A frequent moderator and speaker at major private markets and alternative investment conferences, she is known for translating complex market themes into clear, investor focused discussions.
