Marleen Dijkstra is a Managing Director in the Primary Fund Investments team at Carlyle AlpInvest, where she is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing fund investment opportunities across the EMEA region. She represents Carlyle AlpInvest on a broad range of GP advisory boards and has developed deep expertise across the private equity landscape since joining AlpInvest in 2009. Marleen holds an MSc, cum laude, in Financial Economics and an LLM in Financial Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
