Mathieu joined Bluegem Capital Partners LLP as an Investment Director in 2015 and was promoted to Partner in February 2022. He leads deal sourcing and deal execution across Iberia, France and the Nordics.

Prior to joining Bluegem, Mathieu was an Associate at Bain Capital, spending 2 years in the European Private Equity team as a sector generalist. Mathieu started his career as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, working 4 years in the Paris, Casablanca and London offices.

Mathieu holds an MSc in Business from HEC Paris. Mathieu is French and speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
