Nora Schulte is Chief Impact & Client Relations Officer at GENUI, an entrepreneurially-minded private equity firm with offices in Hamburg and Zurich. GENUI acquires market-leading mid-sized companies in the German-speaking region, combining buyout returns with measurable positive impact. In this dual mandate she leads GENUI's investor relations and fundraising, developing the firm's institutional investor base, driving capital formation and serving as the primary point of contact for LPs. In parallel, she owns GENUI's impact strategy at both firm and portfolio level, continuously sharpening how impact is measured, evaluated and disclosed. She represents GENUI in the Invest Europe working groups on Impact Investing, ESG, Climate Action as well as AI & Sustainability. Nora joined GENUI in 2015 and served as Chief Financial Officer for more than six years, responsible for fund administration and reporting, valuation, treasury and compliance. She began her career in investment banking and valuation & transaction services in Frankfurt and London, most recently as a Director at METZLER Corporate Finance, following roles at Houlihan Lokey and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a diploma from the University of Tübingen and studied at the Universitat de Barcelona.
