Peter joined Connection Capital in 2022 to enhance the firm’s co-investment capability. Working closely with both the Directs and Funds teams, he helps deliver opportunities that blend the strengths of each approach. The Co-investment team takes a selective, “cherry-picking” strategy—sourcing standout individual deals from broader manager portfolios to improve risk-adjusted returns and offer differentiated exposure for clients.

Peter’s career has focused on investment management across a wide range of asset classes and strategies. After earning an Economics degree from Durham University, he joined Legal & General Investment Management, where he specialised in strategic asset allocation and objective-driven funds. He later moved into Legal & General’s Private Assets division, covering areas including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt, Housing, and Infrastructure, developing deep expertise in the alternatives space.
