Raphael is General Partner at Picus Capital and leads Picus' Growth Equity Investments. While Picus Capital starts investing as early as pre-seed stages, Raphael focuses mainly on investments globally starting post Series A stages. To date Picus manages c. 1.5bn EUR AUM and has invested in c. 200 companies globally.
Prior to Picus, Raphael worked for Stirling Square Capital Partners as well as McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA with highest distinction from Harvard Business School as well as a Master's degree from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management.
