With over 18 years of experience across venture capital, private equity, and asset management, Thibaut is Managing Partner of 3MER Partners, a fund focused on secondary investments within the venture capital sector, and an Investment Manager at Troismer Family Office.

Prior to co-founding 3MER Partners with Léon Seynave and the Troismer team, Thibaut served as COO and CFO at 50°North Ventures, a Belgian venture capital firm dedicated to early-stage investments in tech and deep tech companies.

His career began with AXA and BNP Paribas, where at AXA he was Deputy Head of Group Investment Solutions and at BNP Paribas Head of Pricing and Analytics OTC.

Thibaut holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Université Catholique de Louvain.
