Tom is Co-Founder of Featherlight, a platform focused on providing catalytic capital, advice and support to climate-focused GPs.  Tom previously spent 5 years at Wafra, where he helped build the Capital Constellation platform and led the European Office.  Prior to Wafra Tom spent 5 years helping to build the Institutional Investors Roundtable (IIR) on behalf of some of the world's largest pensions and SWFs, and 5 years as Managing Director at BT Pension Scheme and their in-house manager, Hermes.  Tom helped draft the UN Principles for Responsible Investment and was Founding Chair of the PRI's Private Equity workstream. He is based in London, UK.
