Tracey brings over 25 years of private equity investment experience across Europe into consumer / consumer-related sectors during her earlier career years at DB Capital Partners, MidOcean Partners and Terra Firma.

She co-founded Future Business Partnership with a singular purpose: to only invest in and grow disruptive and scale-able business models that are driving the transition towards low carbon and resource efficient consumption. She targets companies in the lower-mid-market in the UK and North-Western Europe that are structurally growing and profitable because they are sustainable champions, winning share in an overall consumer industry that is slow to innovate.
