Victor RosenbergInvestment Manager & Ashoka Advisor at Futura EquityPanellist
Profile
Victor Rosenberg is an Investment Manager and Family Officer at Futura Equity, a European-focused family office investing across private markets, with a particular focus on private equity, lower mid-market opportunities and buy-and-build strategies.
Before joining Futura Equity, Victor worked in private equity research, where he developed a broad perspective on fund strategies, manager performance, market conditions and value creation across the asset class. In his current role, he evaluates and manages private equity fund commitments, co-investments and relationships with emerging managers, primarily across Europe and the DACH region.
His work sits at the intersection of investment analysis and long-term portfolio management. He takes a particular interest in how valuation expectations, financing conditions and macroeconomic differences across European markets influence the timing and structure of exits, the pace of distributions and the way general partners communicate with and manage liquidity for their investors. As a family-office investor, he brings an LP perspective focused on realised outcomes, alignment and the practical implications of exit decisions across a portfolio.
Victor also advises Ashoka’s Carry4Good project, which encourages private-market professionals to commit a portion of their carried interest to high-impact social initiatives. This adds a broader dimension to his interest in exits and distributions: realised carry can represent not only an important component of GP economics, but also an opportunity to create positive impact beyond financial returns.
