Pablo is an experienced lawyer with over a decade of expertise in infrastructure, energy (renewables and oil & gas), technology, and venture capital. With a diverse background, he has worked at international law firms in the United States and Mexico, representing domestic and international companies, investment funds, and lenders. His expertise encompasses regulatory counseling, project finance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and litigation.

In his current role as Senior Legal Counsel at TC Energy, Pablo has further enriched his legal repertoire by overseeing the legal aspects of TC Energy's operations in Mexico. This in-house experience has allowed him to gain valuable insights into the energy industry, where he's played a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing complex legal matters, and contributing to the company's success. Collaborating closely with in-house teams and company leadership, he's honed his ability to provide strategic legal guidance and innovative solutions within a dynamic corporate environment. Pablo holds a master's degree in Law and Public Policy from Stanford University, where he attended on the Fulbright Scholarship. He co-founded the Stanford Law School Energy & Infrastructure Club and earned a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana with honors.
