Sue is an innovative and forward thinking leader with nearly 4 decades of experience in the corporate world.

Until recently as a Board director of KPMG UK and its Head of ESG, and now as an independent adviser, Sue works with members of the Executive and Board in some of the UK’s largest and most important organizations on their strategic response to ESG and the responsible business agenda.

She also founded and led KPMG’s C-Suite Leadership Programme – an experiential and cross sector programme through which over 250 senior executives have developed a future focused lens on their business to equip them as fit for purpose leaders of tomorrow and highly effective change agents of today.

Sue is a founding Board member of The Forward Institute, a not-for-profit organization with the bold purpose to make responsible leadership the only leadership through driving systemic change. She is also on the Advisory Board of a number of start ups and scale ups each building out solutions to one or more of the specific aspects of E, S or G.
