Profile

Through her role as a Youth Development Specialist at FHI 360, Tiffany Nesbey provides technical leadership through the management of Johnson & Johnson's Pathway to Success program, which provides college and career readiness direct service to youth completing higher education with a degree or certificate in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Manufacturing and Design (STEM2D) disciplines. She has developed curricula and content for digital badge credentials and pre-apprenticeship programming geared towards workplace readiness, as well as winter seminars, summer bootcamps, and other summer institutes for students transitioning into and remaining in higher education. Tiffany serves as a technical officer for Johnson & Johnson’s Bridge to Employment (BTE) program, where she works closely with global community partners to support youth from underserved communities and co-leads global youth engagement programming.

Tiffany received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in Human Services with a Specialization in School Counseling from Capella University. As a first-generation college student herself, education has been at the forefront of all of Tiffany’s personal and professional goals. She is the former Assistant Director for Rutgers’ Office for Diversity and Academic Success in the Sciences (ODASIS), where she served as a pre-health advisor for first-year undergraduate students, and worked with Johnson & Johnson to support various local high school programs. Tiffany is an advocate of foster care reform; she is a licensed Resource Parent in the state of New Jersey, where she resides with her husband and three children.
