Anna Gunn LL.M, MA (Cantab) is an international tax ethics specialist based in the Netherlands. She is a partner of Gunn Tax Communication, having previously worked in the international corporate tax practice at PwC. She holds a degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from Cambridge University (Jesus College), and a degree in international tax law from University Leiden. Anna currently lectures at four universities – University Leiden, Erasmus University Rotterdam, University Maastricht and the University of Curaçao – in the fields of EU fiscal State aid and fiscal ethics. In 2021, Anna joined the Independent Committee for the Reparation of Childcare Allowances (Commissie van wijzen, hersteloperatie toeslagen). Since 2009, Anna has contributed to a wide range of Dutch and international tax publications. She has over 250 case commentaries, academic articles, and columns to her name. She also runs a well-known tax blog: Artikel104.nl. In 2020 she was awarded the Jaap van den Berge-Literatuurprijs for her entire oeuvre.
