David is the Tax Director at Cubico Sustainable Investments, a renewable energy company jointly owned by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Public Sector Pensions Investment Board. It invests in Onshore Wind, Photovoltaic solar, Concentrated Solar Power plants, and transmission infrastructure across 12 countries with around 2.8GW of installed capacity. David qualified with KPMG and worked for multinational oil and gas exploration and production, oilfield services and infrastructure companies before joining Cubico in 2015. He is a Chartered Accountant and sits on the Infrastructure Forum tax committee, founded the African Oil and Gas tax discussion group and has been heavily involved in both the EAME Oilfield Services tax discussion group and is the deputy Chair of the London Transfer Pricing in Industry group.
