Isabel is one of the policy leads for the development and delivery of the UK CBAM. She is an experienced policy professional specialising in tax policy making. Isabel began her career in HM Revenue and Customs in personal taxes, working on retained EU law and reforms to pension tax relief. She moved to environmental taxes to join the HMRC CBAM policy team, where she is responsible for various areas of the CBAM design and administration
