As Head of Tax and Treasury, Jere has the overall responsibility for all tax, treasury and corporate finance matters of Bata. Bata's key operations are in Africa, Latam and Asia where tax matters are complex and ever changing. Recent focus areas include monitoring shareholder value, investments, intellectual property, supply chain and ownership structures. Jere has over twenty-year experience in various industries such as telecoms, manufacturing, shoes and brand development in culturally diverse workplace.
