Profile
Norman is an International Tax Advisor at the EBRD in London. His work focuses on identifying and mitigating tax risks relating to the bank’s funding activities, as well as providing tax policy advice. Prior to joining the EBRD, Norman spent more than a decade in international tax with a special focus on transfer pricing and tax policy. Most recently, he worked at the OECD’s Center for Tax Policy and Administration on the future taxation of the digitalized economy. He also worked at PWC - both in Germany and the US - and led in-house transfer pricing strategy for US multinationals. Norman holds advanced degrees in International Tax from the University of Cologne (Germany) and is a licensed German Tax Adviser.
