Sandra Martinho

Associate Director, Domiciliation and International Taxation at EBRD

Sandra Martinho works as an Associate Director, Domiciliation and International Taxation Advisor at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London since October 2018. Prior to joining the EBRD, she worked as a Regulatory & Tax Compliance Officer at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg, and from 2012 to 2017, she worked as a Tax Counsel in a law firm in Luxembourg, and, before that, she worked as a research fellow at International Bureau Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) in Amsterdam and as a tax lawyer in Portugal for more than 5 years. Sandra Martinho obtained, in 2003, the degree of Master in Law from the University of Coimbra (Portugal), in 2008, the LL.M. degree in European and International Tax Law from the European Tax College (KU Leuven/Tilburg University) and, in 2018, the degree of Doctor of Laws (PhD) from KU Leuven.
