Lorena Dunne is a partner in A&L Goodbody's Asset Management & Investment Funds and ESG & Sustainability Teams. She has extensive experience advising a range of leading international and domestic asset managers on all matters connected with the establishment and ongoing operation of investment funds (both regulated and unregulated) and specialises in EU Sustainable Finance regulation. Lorena holds a Masters of International (including Environmental and Human Rights Law) from the University of Cambridge and highlighted for her “expertise in ESG-related funds” and “knowledge of SFDR” (Chambers Global 2023). She is a long-standing member of the Irish Funds ESG Policy, Legal and Regulatory Working Group and represents Irish Funds on the International Investment Funds Association (IIFA) ESG Working Committee.
