As a CHRO, Abeer has overseen the HR function across multiple subsidiaries, playing a pivotal role in establishing new ventures, including a fintech company and an ESG-focused enterprise. She has spearheaded efforts in workforce planning, policy development, governance frameworks, and HR automation. By implementing technology-driven solutions, she has solved critical staffing challenges, optimised HR operations, and enhanced overall efficiency. Her leadership extends to chairing key committees, such as the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), and governance bodies, ensuring rigorous oversight and strategic alignment.
