Dina has been working in the area of human development for the last 22 years. She is a graduate of faculty of English Literature Cairo University and started her career as an Instructor in American University in Cairo. During her career she worked in Vodafone International Services as L&D operations manager and most of her career she worked in LOGIC HR Training Services in Egypt R&D Head where she worked on leading the development for all the leadership and interpersonal skills training packages along with the selection and training trainers in EGYPT and GCC. Her GCC exposure was between UAE and KSA and her last post was Business Development Manager in LOGIC - KSA

• Delivered trainings for various industries from Government, Multinational and Medical Sector in all areas of Leadership and Interpersonal Skills all across GCC and Europe.
• Conducted coaching and mentoring sessions using PCC (Professional Certified Coach) techniques to support professional growth and leadership development mainly Women and Young Leaders
• Led the process of selecting qualified trainers for various training programs and conduct Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions to equip trainers with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources for effective program delivery to be ready for the Corporate World.
