With over 15 years of progressive experience in both the academic and professional fields in various private and public sector industries in Lebanon, Qatar, KSA, Turkey, Iraq and UAE, Elie is a well-rounded Human Resources and Organisational Development expert with diverse hands-on experience in various HR functions - Strategic HR planning, talent acquisition & retention, capacity building, performance management, organisational design. He has successfully led, designed, and executed various Human Resources Transformation and Organisational Design Projects – Including restructuring, rightsizing, HR technology implementation & process automation, job redesign, competency framework, job description, job evaluation, business continuity planning, merger & acquisition HR due diligence….

Elie has actively contributed to the formulation, development, and implementation of training and advisory programs in various Middle Eastern countries, making him well-versed in the cultural and organisational nuances of the region.

Since 2012, Elie has been a consultant, trainer and academic lecturer for esteemed organisations and academic institutions - such as Doha Institute for Graduate Studies in Qatar, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Academy, Morgan International, Tharwah, the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) in the Middle East, Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), the Ecole Nationale d'Administration - ENA in Lebanon, La Sagesse University – targeting a wide variety of audience in the public sector (Ministries, Governmental Agencies…), in the private sector (In Banking and Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Mining, Healthcare, NGO…), Military Agencies, and academic institutions.

Elie Moussallem holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from Notre Dame University, Lebanon.
