15+ years’ experience in directing various multinational organisation’s HR functions globally, including talent management, succession planning, localisation, and leadership development. Track record of excellence in ideating and executing efficient Human Capital (HC) strategies in support of overall business plan and strategic direction of the organisation.

Ibrahim joined APQ in June 2021, leading the establishment of the Human Resources' function and setting up the company legal entities. He is also developing and building an HR framework and HR team to ensure the company’s smooth business performance as it continues to rapidly grow and expand.

Ibrahim brings over 12 years’ experience in Human Resource management. He started his career in Saudi Arabia back in 2008 and progressed through the years working in different companies such as Ernest and Young, SABIC, then Joined Baker Hughes in 2012 where he spent the last 9 years. In early 2015, Ibrahim was appointed as regional Sr. HR Manager covering the countries of Oman, Yemen, Qatar, Pakistan, and Turkey. In 2017, he was appointed HR Compliance Leader for the Middle East region and then was appointed Global HRBP for Baker Hughes based in Houston. Ibrahim’s last assignment before joining APQ was the HR Director for Novel Non-Metallics Solutions – a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Baker Hughes – where he was responsible for establishing the company's Human Resources' function. His functional well-rounded experience and industry knowledge will be an asset to APQ’s rapidly growing organization.’’
