Known for his ability to provide key stakeholders of company and country leadership through exemplary expertise on the full scope and impact of HR functions that drive effectiveness, compliance, and corporate goal alignment.

Successfully led strategic redundancy strategies, structuring, and job evaluation exercises that identified critical gaps in the workload versus employees carrying out meaningful tasks that led to improved performance and significant savings in cost. Led the development and execution of long-term strategies that integrated HR best practices and developed and implemented policies and procedures that protected the employees and their rights.

Currently, he was appointed by the Retail Industry and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs as the Chairman of the Skills Council for Retail and Wholesales Industry.

As a member of various Nomination & Remuneration Committees, he led the selection of C-Suit candidates, assessment of senior staff, reviewing salary & benefits structure, reviewing operation model and functional structure.

Holds an Executive MBA from the King Abdul-Aziz University in the KSA, a Master of Arts in Education & Human Development from the George Washington University in the US, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the Umm Al- Qura University in Saudi Arabia. Currently working on Doctorate of Business Administration from Aston University, with a thesis focus on Graduate Employability in Saudi Arabia.
