Anna Crowley is a senior associate in the Matheson Tax team and is both an Irish qualified lawyer and chartered tax advisor. Anna advises Irish and multinational corporations doing business in and from Ireland on all aspects of Irish corporate taxation. She has a particular interest in managing and resolving transfer pricing and tax controversy matters, including advising on domestic and cross border tax disputes and matters heard by the Irish tax courts (Tax Appeals Commission). Anna has significant experience advising on mutual agreement procedure requests, correlative relief claims, advance pricing agreements and the application of EU State aid principles in the context of Irish taxation matters. Anna’s clients include many of the leading multinational corporations operating in the ICT, life sciences, manufacturing, retail and industrial sectors in Ireland. Anna regularly speaks on international tax issues and contributes to a number of leading tax and transfer pricing publications.
