Astrid Vroom is the Global Tax Policy and Risk Management Senior Director at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she drives the firm’s global approach to tax strategy, risk management, and engagement with tax authorities. With over 18 years of international tax experience, she combines expertise from advisory, government, and policy-making roles. Astrid previously held senior positions at EY and Deloitte, advising multinationals on complex often cross-border tax strategies and positions and transfer pricing models. At HMRC, she led high-profile TP and diverted profits tax investigations and contributed to OECD initiatives. She holds an LLM in Tax Law from the University of Utrecht.
