Profile

Based in London, Jeremy leads Forvis Mazars’ Financial Services Transfer Pricing practice, which focuses on advising financial services clients on their global transfer pricing obligations.

Jeremy has extensive experience working with insurers, banks, brokers, asset managers, and fintech businesses on all aspects of their transfer pricing requirements, including documentation, structuring and tax authority engagement, across fee / profit splits, intangibles, reinsurance, services, branch profit attribution and financing.

As part of his role, Jeremy heads Forvis Mazars’ Financial Services Transfer Pricing Centre of Excellence (TP CoE) in London. The TP CoE is a client-facing team that provides technical expertise, experience, quality control, and delivery capabilities. The CoE leads transfer pricing projects while collaborating closely with Forvis Mazars' country teams to provide well-rounded solutions and ensure local requirements are met.

Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, Jeremy spent 15 years at Deloitte in London. He holds a degree in economics and is qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
