Nikki Oberholzer is the Group Head of Tax at Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA), the largest Coca-Cola bottling partner on the African continent. With over two decades of experience in tax strategy, international tax, and regulatory engagement, Nikki has been actively engaged in shaping tax policy and governance across multiple jurisdictions in sub-Saharan Africa. Before joining CCBA in 2017, Nikki held tax roles at Vodacom, the South African Revenue Service (SARS), and PwC. Her career spans both public and private sectors, giving her a unique perspective on the intersection of tax compliance, policy development, and business strategy. Her approach to tax is rooted in strategic alignment with business objectives, ethical compliance, and proactive engagement with regulatory bodies. Nikki holds a strong belief in the power of collaboration to drive meaningful reform and sustainable tax practices across Africa.
