Head of Strategic Operations, Fraud Investigation Service at HMRC

I am currently Head of Strategic Operations in the Offshore, Corporate and Wealthy sector within HMRC’s Fraud Investigation Service, where I have responsibility for Behaviour and Risk strategies and oversight of OCW’s civil and criminal casework portfolio. Prior to this I was an Assistant Director in OCW with responsibility for ensuring delivery of high profile and complex tax crime interventions, and I have over 20 years of criminal investigation experience, investigating a wide range of offences relating to differing taxes, duties, prohibitions and restrictions.
