Andy Hamilton joined HMRC’s Strategy & Policy team as a Technical and Policy Advisor in September 2025, specialising in the asset management sector. Prior to this, he worked as a Technical Advisor in HMRC’s Counter-Avoidance directorate and as a Customer Relationship Manager within the Department’s Customer Compliance Group.
