Ben Macnaghten is the Founder and a Director of Dunderave Valuations, an independent business and share valuation practice which provides valuation services for expert, advisory, tax and accounting purposes. In this role he is is dedicated to the financial valuation and modelling of shares and businesses in both contentious and non-contentious appraisal, for clients worldwide.

Furthermore, he was the Chairman on VRG’s Litigation Committee in 2025 and is:

• An Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
• A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Business and Share Valuation
• An Associate Member of The Academy of Experts
