David is a senior associate in Freshfields’ London tax team. In addition to advising on transactional and advisory matters, David has substantial experience advising clients on a range of tax disputes and investigations across a variety of technical areas, for clients including major financial institutions, professional services firms and multinational groups in the energy sector. A number of David’s cases have recently been heard by and / or received decisions from the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, or are currently being prepared for litigation.
