Jill Hardie

Head of Tax (EMEA) at Patria Investments

Jill became Head of Tax (EMEA) at Patria GPMS in April 2024, following Patria’s acquisition of abrdn plc’s European private equity business. Jill is responsible for tax structuring of funds and investments for the GPMS private equity business, alongside tax compliance and investor tax reporting. Prior to joining abrdn in 2012, she worked in business tax advisory at EY. Jill is a member of the BVCA’s tax committee.
