José is a member of the Permira Legal and Structuring Group. He has worked on transactions including Axiom, Corin, Exclusive Group, FullStory, Full Truck Alliance, G2, Kedrion, Magento, Minted, Nexthink, Relativity, SonarSource, Synamedia and The Knot Worldwide.

Prior to joining Permira, he was Counsel at Linklaters’ Madrid tax group with 15 years of practice. José has broad experience in tax advice in the field of private equity, with a specific focus on cross border transactions and deal structuring. He has also been a lecturer for post-graduate programmes at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain.

José holds a degree in Law from ICADE Business School, Madrid, Spain.
