Kate is a Director in Howden’s T&CR team, with a particular focus on identifying and developing bespoke tax and funding insurance solutions for PE, hedge funds, and banks. Prior to joining Howden, Kate was a tax structurer in Barclays’ Strategic Transactions Group, developing and executing complex cross-border transactions across a range of asset classes. Kate also held M&A tax roles at both Barclays and Deloitte, and is a New Zealand qualified solicitor and barrister.
