Before joining Bluegem in January 2021, Nick worked for six years at Bregal Investments on pan-European tax matters and prior to that for ten years at PwC in their asset management tax practice, where he advised on fund and management group structures, as well as specialising in fund tax reporting.

Nick holds a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from Durham University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA ICAEW).
