Oliver Currall advises on U.K. and international tax matters, with a particular focus on private equity and M&A transactions, and tax structuring for investment funds and asset managers. Oliver has advised major private equity sponsors on their deals, and works with leading managers on the structuring of their funds and the operation of their U.K. management company and asset holding structures. Oliver’s practice is frequently international in scope, and he works closely with Fried Frank’s US tax practice and with local experts to deliver cross-border tax advice for clients.

Before joining Fried Frank, Oliver was for several years a partner and head of U.K. tax for a large US law firm.
