Certa offers solutions to bespoke tax issues in a wide range of situations: whether removing potential tax exposures discovered during M&A due diligence, affording the necessary comfort to a liquidator on winding-up, providing comfort to CFOs and banks on a group reorganisation or restructuring or just providing peace of mind. Certa is a managing general agency and writes insurance on behalf of 15 Lloyd’s insurers. We can cover individual risks of up to £157m / €200m / $207m, with policy periods of up to 10 years to match the statute of limitations on the tax issue concerned.
