Magnus Young is Head of ESG reporting at Norsk Hydro, a leading aluminium and renewable energy company. Magnus' is primary responsible for Hydro's external ESG reporting processes, from compliance with reporting requirements to defining reporting processes, ESG accounting definitions, and controls. Prior to joining Hydro, Magnus worked 12 years in different sustainability assurance and advisory roles across Asia and the Nordics.

Magnus holds a double masters degree in Public and Economic Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE) and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) at the National University of Singapore.
