Mr. Childs joined Directed Capital in 2008. He oversees the team responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, valuation and execution of new opportunities. In addition, Mr. Childs is actively involved in broader administration of the company, including strategy, organizational development and capital formation. In prior roles with the Company, Mr. Childs has worked across the platform including financial analysis and asset management.

Mr. Childs received his Master of Science in Management and Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida – St. Petersburg. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
