Eddie Blanco is a distinguished real estate leader with over 25 years of experience in the South Florida market. Born and raised in Miami as a first-generation Cuban American, he has deep roots in the community. He is the broker and owner of Stratwell, a real estate brokerage with offices in Miami and Naples. Under his leadership, Stratwell was recognized as the #1 small team in Florida and #7 in the U.S. by Real Trends in 2024.

In 2025, Eddie was installed as the Chairman of the Board for the MIAMI Association of Realtors, the nation’s largest local Realtor association. His theme, "Forward Together: Shaping Our Future," emphasizes collaboration, advocacy, and innovation. Beyond MIAMI, he serves as a Director at the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and chairs Florida Realtors' State & Local Taxation Think Tank.

Eddie’s industry influence extends beyond leadership roles. He is the founding president of the South Florida chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), the nation’s largest Hispanic business organization.

Outside of real estate, Eddie is active in his community. He is the former Chairman of the Miami Lakes Economic Development Committee, a football coach, and a father of four. He currently resides in Miami Lakes and is passionate about local real estate and fishing.
