Lyndsay Rowland is a shareholder with Starfield & Smith, P.C., where her practice includes assisting clients with all aspects of loan origination through loan defaults including documentation needs, due diligence review, loan workouts, loan restructuring, bankruptcy issues and litigation. Lyndsay’s clients include financial institutions, equipment leasing companies and corporations and a portion of her practice encompasses the recovery of loan collateral through foreclosures or seizures of other financed equipment. Lyndsay assists and provides guidance to clients across the country with respect to the servicing and liquidation of SBA guaranteed loans. The assistance can range from consultation on servicing actions, preparation of a liquidation/litigation plan, forbearance and loan modification agreements to guaranty purchase packages. Lyndsay also handles litigation and bankruptcy matters for clients directly in the state and federal courts for the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, where she is licensed. Lyndsay is a member of the Turnaround Management Associations’ (TMA) Philadelphia Chapter as well as the Philadelphia Chapter of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
