Please Note:
- Packages can begin arriving 3 days prior to the conference dates.
- The Loews Coral Gables charges for inbound/outbound packages. See the attached Shipping Guidelines pdf for details.
- Once on-site, a representative from each exhibiting company will need to have these charges added to their guestroom or provide their credit card information to the front desk. If this is not completed, they will receive a secured credit card link via email to make these payments.
- For outgoing shipments, please have boxes labeled and taped up. The Loews Coral Gables requires all exhibitors to schedule pick ups with their own shipping providers to ensure all exhibitor boxes are shipped out the last day of the event.
- The exhibitor tables that each exhibitor will be allocated for their exhibit booth are linen-less, so please plan accordingly if a skirted table is preferred (you will need to bring your own table-skirt/linen).
Pass Registration
To register your firm and/or client passes, please use the links and action codes provided to you via email from lia.holstein@imn.org If you cannot find this email or your action codes, please email Maggie to have this shared with you.
FIRM PASSES are for members of YOUR COMPANY. If you exceed the allotted number of passes, additional passes can be purchased at a reduced rate of 25% off the standard registration. Please contact your IMN sponsorship coordinator for assistance with additional passes. Any passes submitted incorrectly will be declined and asked to resubmit through the portal.
CLIENT PASSES limited to BANKS SPECIAL ASSETS, CREDIT OFFICERS. All client passes are subject to approval by the IMN team. Please note that the pass is ‘Pending Approval’ until the pass has been approved by the IMN team. No Client Passes will be accepted within 24 hours of the event date. Any qualified client passes submitted after that date will be charged 20% off the standard registration rate. Those individuals with an existing registration are not eligible for client passes.
