The Fine Print
- Online registration will close on October 7, 2021, once the event has concluded.
If a conflict arises that prohibits attendance at the event, please notify the Organizer immediately per the instructions below.
Registration cancellations must be sent 57 days before the conference, by August 9, 2021, to receive a refund (minus a 10% administration charge).
After August 9, 2021, no refunds will be issued. No refunds or credits towards future events will be granted, however, a paid registration is transferable to a replacement from your company.
Registration cancellations must be sent to EBDcustomerservice@ebdgroup.com.
Upon cancellation of a presentation slot the full presentation fee is applicable and not refundable. Please contact EBDcustomerservice@ebdgroup.com if you need to cancel your presentation slot.
Since access to the partneringONE system is included in the registration fee, payment is due as outlined above even in the case of non-attendance at the event.
Any refunds will be processed after the event.
Sending a replacement
Please do NOT update your personal profile page with the name and contact data of the new attendee or register the new person.
Please contact EBDcustomerservice@ebdgroup.com if you need to process a replacement.
