Registration/Badge Collection Check-in Hours
Once you arrive at the venue, please follow the signage towards the registration desk to collect your badge. You may claim your badge with a business card, ID or passport. The registration desk will be open during the following hours:

Online registration is now closed for TIDES Europe 2019. Onsite registration is available.

Exhibition Hall & Poster Viewing Hours
The exhibit and poster hall will be open to all attendees during the following hours:

Thursday, 14 November | 08.00 – 14.25


Exhibitors – you can find all information for set up & tear down in the exhibitor kit.

Poster presenters – you can hang up your poster on Wednesday, 13 November starting at 07.30. Just bring your printed poster and we will have an assigned poster space # and push pins for you.
