Andreas Berkström has been with the company now known as Cytiva since 1998 and is based in Uppsala, Sweden. He began working with oligonucleotide synthesis equipment in 1999, initially focusing on verification and automation. Over the past 20 years, he has been deeply involved in the design and development of Cytiva’s medium and large-scale synthesizers. For more than 10 years, Andreas has also held commercial roles, supporting customers worldwide with both technical expertise and commercial insight.
