Andreas obtained his Dr. rer. nat. in Chemistry in 2020 from the University of Gießen, Germany, in the research group of Prof. Wegner, where he specialized in the field of molecular switches, including computational chemistry, organic synthesis, and kinetics. Since November 2020, Andreas has been working at CordenPharma Frankfurt in Process Development as scientist, before heading the Frankfurt Innovation Team since early 2023. The team focuses on cutting-edge developments in peptide synthesis and manufacture, downstream processing and is also executing the public funded AIRMAIL project within Corden Pharma’s Lipid Platform.
